29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards: a. Densifier Area - The open sided platform(#2) for Densifier #3 and #4 were not guarded by a standard guardrail thereby exposing employees to falls of 5 feet 8 inches to the concrete floor below. b. Densifier Area - The open sided platform for the feed conveyor for Densifier #1 and #2 was not guarded by a standard guardrail thereby exposing employees to falls of 5 feet 2 inches to the concrete floor below. c. Densifier Area - The open sided platform for the feed conveyor for Densifier #3 and #4 was not guarded by a standard guardrail thereby exposing employees to falls of 5 feet 2 inches to the concrete floor below.
