29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. On or about December 18, 2014, in the Service Shop, the employer did not ensure that lockout/tagout procedures for the control of hazardous energy were being utilized while servicing refuse trucks, among other equipment with potential to store energy, exposing employees to crushing and struck-by hazards.
