29 CFR 1910.268(b)(7): The employer did not ensure that no employee approached or took any conductive object closer to any electrically energized overhead power lines and parts than prescribed in Table R-2 or in (i) - (iii) of this section: a) Cornell Rd., Laceyville, PA: The employer did not ensure that employees did not approach any electrically energized overhead power lines closer than 36 inches in that an employee was fatally injured when he contacted an overhead energized 19900 volt power transmission line while installing telecommunication lines, on or about December 15, 2014.
