29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. A. Julio Galindo DBA Julio Galindo worksite located at 3556 Oakway Dr., Toledo, Ohio: On or about December 5, 2014, the employer failed to ensure the competent person on the site conducted inspections of the jobsite to ensure employees were not exposed to serious safety hazards.
