29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment parked on an incline did not have the wheels chocked: (a) On or about December 2, 2014, for an employee who was struck by a boom dolly while coupling the dolly to a Liebherr mobile crane, where the dolly was parked, without wheel chocks, on an incline of approximately five degrees in the parking area located near 2401 Elk Drive in Minot, North Dakota.
