29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: a.) Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA - Production Areas, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Employees were potentially exposed to eye and/or face hazards from flying particles while performing clean off operations of metal parts and machinery with compressed air onsite. Employees were not wearing appropriate eye and/or face protection during work operations.
