29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets/safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met: (a) Colebrookdale Railroad Preservation Trust - The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program for an employee using chemicals, such as welding gases, on or about November 18, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
