29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Shipping and Receiving - The radial saw and wood dust collection system contained an accumulation of wood dust and was not kept clean and orderly exposing employees to slip, trip and falls. b) Machine Shop - East area, was cluttered with metal racks, metal rolls, cardboard boxes, the work area and floors near milling and cutting equipment and was contained an accumulation of metal shavings and was not kept clean and orderly exposing employees to slip, trip and falls. c) Machine Shop - Pacific Press Brake, the area behind the press was used for storage of a shopping cart, cardboard boxes, paint cans and metal stock and was not kept clean and orderly exposing employees to trips and falls. d) Machine Shop - Verson Press Brake (West), the area behind the press used for storage of two metal shelves, shop materials and supplies, a chair and was not kept clean and orderly exposing employees to trips and falls. e) Machine Shop - Verson Press Brake (East), the area behind the press used for storage of two metal shelves and materials, was not kept clean and orderly exposing employees to trips and falls. f) Department 36 - Northeast wall was cluttered with carts, metal rolls and metal frames, and was not kept clean and orderly exposing employees to trips and falls. g) Lathes Department - Lathe Area (East), was cluttered with mechanical equipment, carts, pallets, metal rolls, metal frames, boxes, garbage and debris on the work floors and as not kept clean and orderly exposing employees to slips, trips and falls. h) Lathes Department - Lathe Area (West), the work floor around the red no name lathe contained metal shavings and debris, and debris resulting from fire damaged duct work of the smoke evacuator, exposing employees to slips, trips and falls. i) Lathes Department - Employee restrooms were not maintained in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
