29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about October 9, 2014: Employees performing siding work at 265 Ridge Mill Drive while on a pump jack scaffolding were exposed to a fall hazard. The employer did not ensure that the poles of the pump jacks were on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation. (a) At the side of the residential building where employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 18 feet (b) At the rear of the residential building where employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet
