29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about October 2, 2014, Montez Roofing, LLC., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure that employees of Omar Gonzalez, a subcontractor, who were required to engage in re-roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards.
