29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) : On or about October 01, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in welding and fitting activities worked on the top of units at heights greater than four feet above concrete flooring without use of guardrails or fall protection. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls.
