29 CFR 1926.351(b)(4): Cables in need of repair were used or when a cable, other than the cable lead referred to in paragraph (b)(2) of this section, became worn to the extent of exposing bare conductors, the portion thus exposed was not protected by means of rubber and friction tape or other equivalent insulation: a) Job site, 235 Solar Drive, Imperial, PA: On or about October 2, 2014, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that damaged sections of welding cables were made safe, including but not limited to, areas where bare conductors showed through the outer jacket.
