29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) 1030 Grove Avenue, Building 31 & 33, Edison, NJ: Employees were observed utilizing pneumatic powered tools, including but not limited to a Hitachi nailers, during roofing operations without the use of eye or face protection. Condition observed on/or about October 1, 2014.
