29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Training program content. Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace. a. On or about October 1, 2014 - at the above addressed jobsite, the employee who was required to operate the CJB 300 Rough Terrain Forklift did not receive initial training, thereby exposing employees to struck by hazards.
