OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about 09/27/2014 at or near mile marker 84 on Interstate 20 west bound, Lithonia, GA; an employee was struck-by and killed by a backing dump truck. The employer failed to create and utilize an Internal Traffic Control Plan (ITCP).
