29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): (a) Jobsite, 668 Custer Lane, Tarentum, PA 15084: On or about September 12, 2014, an employee was instructed to erect an Alum-A-Pole aluminum pump jack scaffold located in proximity of an energized 7200 volt power line.
