29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate use: a) Industrial Container Services-MO, LLC @ 5066-R Manchester Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110: On and before September 9, 2014, the employer did not ensure that an emergency eyewash station located behind the debung operator station was capable of providing 15 minutes of continuous water flow. Employees on the unloading dock handled industrial drums, which were labeled as corrosives by the Department of Transportation corrosive label. This condition exposed employees to eye injuries.
