29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(3)(i): Before work in areas containing ACM and PACM was begun; employers did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of ACM, and/or PACM therein pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section. a. URS Energy & Construction, Inc. jobsite located in Oregon, Ohio: On or about August 22, 2014, the employer did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of PACM when employees working in the North South Pipe Alley on the Heavy Gas Oil Circuit piping (HVL-13-1) brought concerns to managements attention that asbestos might be present in the mud between insulation segments on the 90 degree elbows. b. URS Energy & Construction, Inc. jobsite located in Oregon, Ohio: On or about September 1, 2014, the employer did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of PACM when employees working in the North South Pipe Alley on the Heavy Gas Oil Circuit piping (HVL-13-1) brought concerns to managements attention that asbestos might be present in the mud between the insulation segments on the 90 degree elbows.
