29 CFR 1926.502(i)(2): All other covers were not capable of supporting, without failure, at least twice the weight of the employees, equipment, and materials that maybe be imposed on the cover at any one time: (a) The employer did not ensure an OSB sheathing being used to cover a roof vent shaft opening was capable of supporting, without failure, at least twice the weight that could be imposed on the cover. The vent shaft opening was approximately 56-feet, 8-inches above the next lower level. Employer is being cited under OSHA's multi-employer citation policy as the "exposing" employer.
