OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard: a) GreenLine Lawn and Landscape Supply Yard - Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard as a John Deere 326D Skid Steer Loader was driven in reverse without safety warning devices such as a backup alarm, and without ensuring all employees were clear of its path. Conditions identified on or about August 28, 2014.
