29 CFR 1910.179(b)(6)(ii): Where passageways or walkways were provided, obstructions were so placed that the safety of personnel was jeopardized by movements of crane(s): Rumford Paper Company, Finishing Area - On or about 08/25/2014, an employee positioned on the #22 overhead bridge crane walkway was struck and killed by an obstructing ceiling truss when the crane was being moved to pickup a roll of paper.
