29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section. On or about August 20, 2014 the employer did not ensure that conductive objects were not allowed to come into contact with overhead power lines at the well site exposing employees to electrical hazards.
