OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard: (a) in the shop - exposed and aboveground 3/4" schedule 40 PVC piping (by Charlotte Pipe) was used to transport compressed air supplied at 140 psi; observed on or about 10/17/14.
