29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Garage roof of residence located at 4503 Sterling Pointe Drive, Acworth, Georgia. The employees were working from unprotected steep slope, 10 in 12 pitched, roof without fall protection. The employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 12-feet 1-inch as no guardrails or safety nets had been installed and the employees were not wearing personal fall arrest systems.
