OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards from contact with robots: In the Molding and Assembly Department the Pretrim Robots, P2, K4, K3, and K2 had the capability of reaching beyond the perimeter pressure sensitive safety mats, striking operators and other employees outside the safeguarded space.
