29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a safety monitoring system: a. On or about July 23, 2014, canopy roof at front of building, no fall protection was used by roofing employees who worked at the edge of the canopy roof and employees were exposed to falls greater than 6 feet in height to a lower level. Saratoga Roofing & Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 906679, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2013 with respect to a workplace located at 1301 Highway 24 East, Moberly, MO 65270.
