OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard from a work platform suspended on the forks of a forklift truck: (a) Outside: On July 18, 2014, it was observed that an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet to the ground while conducting work from a work platform attached to the forks of a Clark forklift. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
