29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Al Capasso dba Family Sewer & Water employees were not wearing protective helmets while working in an excavation with spoil piled overhead adjacent to the trench. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
