29 CFR 1910.36(c)(1): Each exit discharge did not lead directly outside or to a street, walkway, refuge area, public way, or open space with access to the outside. SOUTH SIDE OF BUILDING: On or about July 10, 2014, a door marked with signage as an exit led to a grassy embankment with no sidewalk or railings. Four to five feet from the door was a downward slope to a driveway. The grade of the slope was approximated at 50 to 70%.
