29 CFR 1910.38(c)(2): The emergency action plan did not include procedures for emergency evacuation, including type of evacuation and exit route assignments: Employees working on the roof of the building were exposed to fire and inhalation hazards in that the emergency action plan does not identify procedures for emergency evacuation from the roof. 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is completed.
