29 CFR 1910.145(d)(10): The employer failed to use slow-moving vehicle emblem during mowing operations. a. On or about July 1, 2014, employees were engaged in mowing activities along Mt. Zion Road, McArthur, Ohio. Employees' job duties required them to mow within 15 feet of the road shoulder. Employees performed mowing without a slow-moving vehicle sign or similar signage.
