OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of operating a 6x6 utility vehicle on hills with slopes steeper than 15 degrees thereby creating the risk of a rollover accident. a) Jobsite, near the intersection of State Road 3003 (Knob Road) and Berkhimer Lane, Claysburg, PA (Blair County) 16625: Observed on or about June 23, 2014, employees operating a Polaris Ranger 800 6x6 (serial number 4XAHR76A4D4735667) were exposed to a rollover and crushed-by hazards while operating the 6x6 on a hill with a slope greater than 15 degrees. An employee was crushed-by the Polaris Ranger 800 6x6 in a rollover accident while being operated on a hill with a slope of approximately 20 to 23 degrees.
