29 CFR 1926.1412(c)(1): Upon completion of assembly, the equipment must be inspected by a qualified person to assure that it is configured in accordance with manufacturer equipment criteria. Upon completion of assembly, the employer's 90 Ton Hydraulic Grove Truck Crane utilized to assist with the completion of the school addition at the worksite inspection June 20, 2014, through December 4, 2014, was not inspected to assure that it was configured in accordance with the manufacturer's equipment criteria.
