29 CFR 1910.266(d)(1)(iv): The employer did not assure that each employee who operated a chain saw wore ballistic nylon leg protection or other leg protection which the employer had demonstrated provides equivalent protection: A.) Isaac Bundy dba Bundy Tree Service, wooded area off of Pollock Lane, Parker, PA 16049, on or about June 6, 2014 and times prior thereto: An employee on-site was felling trees for logging operations with a Stihl chain saw. The employee was not wearing cut resistant leg protection while operating the chain saw.
