29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about June 4, 2014, at the above addressed site, employees applying a plastic film to existing windows from the basket of an aerial lift beneath a structure's soffit and near overhead power lines were exposed to potential struck-by and electrical shock head injuries while not being protected by protective helmets.
