29 CFR 1910.36(a)(1): Each exit route was not a permanent part of the workplace: (a) Door #2: On or about May 13, 2014 and times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in Door #2 Spa Sort position. (b) Door #6: On or about May 13, 2014 and times prior, employees were exposed to entrapment hazards while working in Door #6 Spa Sort position. THE UPS, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 935939, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 20, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1830 LAMPMAN DRIVE, BILLINGS, MONTANA 59102.
