29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a) Jobsite: 2nd Level - On or about 5/9/14, employees conducting framing operations were exposed to impact hazards from the steel framework, lumber, materials and equipment used to erect the building without the protection of protective helmets.
