29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area: Employees were exposed to isocyanates as a component of the CARC paint they were using during spray-painting operations and the employer did not provide all of the painters with hazard communication training that identified the presence and hazards of isocyanates in the CARC paint.
