29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: (a) Battalion Headquarters Complex, Ft. Campbell - On or about 4/23/14, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the ground prong was missing from the plug of an extension cord. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
