29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the black oxide area, on or about and at times prior April 16, 2014, the employer did not provide for an eye wash station and an emergency shower in black oxide area where an employee performed coating work with the black oxide on a weekly basis, exposing the employee to the hazards associated with chemical burns to the skin and eyes. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
