29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part: On or about July 19, 2011 employees engaged in prep work operations for concrete roadway pour in extreme temperatures were exposed to heat stress hazards. The company did not initiate and maintain an accident prevention program to control and eliminate the hazards present at the job site. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
