29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: This violation most recently occurred on or about April 3, 2014, at the establishment located at 1902 South Park Avenue in Stuttgart, Arkansas, where the employer had not established procedures and training to ensure employees are able to safely service rim wheels and to recognize and avoid hazards that can occur with rim wheel mounting and demounting.
