29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(iii)(A)(1): When a vehicle was in transit with its structure lowered, the clearance between the vehicle and energized overhead lines was less than 4 feet: a. On or about 03/24/14, Horizon Lines of PR, Puerto Nuevo Port Area, PR Yard / Crossing at the following areas: Section U-10 and U-11 (section 75 hill) and Section 36 and 55: The employer permitted parts of Top Loaders in transit to come within 4 feet of overhead lines energized at 4,160 volts. Note: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
