29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. Location: 457 39th Street Brooklyn, NY. On or about: 03/19/14 a) Employees were laying cinder blokcs from a tubular welded frame scaffold that was not fully planked. The employees were exposed to potential fall hazards of up to 13 feet to the ground below.
