29 CFR 1910.36(d)(3): Exit route doors were locked from the inside: Employees were exposed to the hazards of smoke inhalation and burns because the inside of the exit door located on the south wall of the Warehouse had a metal bar across it which acted like a lock, thus preventing easy egress.
