29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: Drill site: On or about February 25, 2014, the walkway (platform) leading from the staircase landing to the rig floor was missing railing. This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than four feet.
