29 CFR 1910.119(d): The employer did not complete a compilation of written process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process. On March 3, 2014 and at times prior thereto and possibly times subsequent thereto, in the AN7 Unit of the Ascend Performance Materials' Chocolate Bayou manufacturing facility in Alvin, Texas, the P&ID (70FD-172) of the Purification Sections Liquid HCN Distribution piping did not accurately represent the piping in the Unit.
