29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) 2401 Ogletown Road, Newark, DE (Loading dock) - Exit routes were blocked by hundreds of combustibles including boxes, parcels/packages on storage racks, and equipment used daily by the employees. The route is a direct egress in case of an emergency. The violation was observed on or about February 24, 2014.
