29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6): All equipment covered by this subpart did not comply with the requirements of 1926.600(a)(6)(i) thorugh 1926.600(a)(6)(vii) when working or being moved in the vicinity of power lines or energized transmitters: Jobsite located at 138 Rye Street, South Windsor, Connecticut: On, or about, February 19, 2014, the dump body provided on the Kenworth truck made contact with a primary electrical transmission line when it was raised from its resting position. A ten foot clearance was not maintained between the truck/truck components and the power lines.
