29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: A) Roof of building, on or about January 17, 2014, employees were working near the edge of a roof without the use of fall protection equipment or any other fall protection method. Wormley Brothers Enterprise was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314641002 citation number (1), item number (1), and was affirmed on May 13, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1105 Northside Drive, Atlanta, GA. Wormley Brothers Enterprise was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314090887 citation number (2), item number (1), and was affirmed on February 16, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 143 Oscilla Hwy., Fitzgerald, GA.
